Council has been looking into arranging Presentation Night.
When this event was first started it took place in October to help fill a blank
period of the year. Subsequently we have dropped this back to January to allow
adequate time for all competitions to be completed and trophies brought back
for engraving.

After some discussion it was felt any date in October would
be too short for handling the trophies as well as having the same President
running two presentation nights, with the likelihood one President would miss
out at some stage.
