Annual General Meeting Friday 23rd November 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at the Club Premises on
Friday 23rd November 2018 at 7.45pm prompt, at which your attendance is cordially requested.
Nominations for election to the Club Council are invited and to aid compliance with Article 67 of the
Articles of Association, a list has been placed on the Notice Board for the names of any prospective
nominees.
Propositions for discussion at the AGM must be proposed, seconded and sent to the Secretary in writing
not less than 14 days prior to the meeting. The Agenda for the meeting, the minutes of the last AGM and
the accounts of the Company for the last trading year are enclosed with this notice. Only AGM business
can be formally discussed at the meeting, although time is allowed for discussion of other matters after
the meeting is formally closed
